The PDR Nozzle is great in pipes with heavy sand, dirt, and debris deposits. The four replaceable rear fan or straight jets allow the nozzle to have a wide spray pattern uniquely suited for cleaning larger diameter pipes. A front port is optional for a forward firing jet. The medium weight PDR nozzle is machined from high quality naval brass and will follow the pipe bottom to thoroughly clean heavy debris. It is designed for use in 6 inch or larger pipes, but when skid mounted, the spray pattern will cover 24” diameter pipes. The 9″ drain extension is included.
The Sand and Sludge Nozzle is designed for cleaning heavy debris in large pipes. With a flat weighted stainless steel head, 2 zero degree jets, and 2 fan jets, the nozzle easily glides over debris while allowing the rear jets to provide maximum thrust and cleaning power for large pipes. The Sand and Sludge Nozzle is designed specifically for the 4018 with a 1/2″ hose, but other configurations are available. The 9” drain jet extension is included.
The Dragon Jet Nozzle is a heavy duty nozzle designed for 1/2”, 3/4” & 1” hoses with flows of 18-100 GPM with an operating pressure of 4000 PSI. It is a high performance nozzle best for cleaning heavy debris in 12” to 48” pipes.
The Dragon Jet Wing Extension is designed for 1/2”, 3/4” & 1” Dragon Jet Nozzles. The wide skid gives the Dragon Jet Nozzle more stability to keep the nozzle from flipping over or turning around while in larger culverts and storm drains.
The ENZ GRENADE BOMB is a great nozzle to use in pipes with a large volume of debris. The heavy weight of the nozzle keeps it at the bottom of the pipe where it can easily disperse mud, sludge, or any other blockages. Grenade Bombs can be ordered in various configurations to handle pressures up to 8,000 PSI. This nozzle is great for long distances because the rear jets give it thrust to get up the pipeline.
Skids play a critical role in maintaining the nozzle position within a pipe. In larger pipe diameters, skids help to elevate and position the nozzle closer to the center of the pipe for more even pipe wall cleaning. Skids featured here are all for 1/2″ hoses and Drain Jet Extensions are required. For more options, please contact the US Jetting Parts Department for information on other available lengths and diameter skids.
