4018 Seal Kit

The 4018 seal kit contains the seals that go behind both manifolds. This is usually required when:

Water is leaking behind the two manifold heads (see thumbnail)

Water leaking into crank case causing oil level within pump to appear higher than normal

Pump is cavitating

Anticipate using at 800-1000 hours but only if the pump is having one of the symptoms above. This is not a preventative maintenance tool. If the pump is cavitating, first make sure the water filter is clean to determine that’s not the issue before proceeding to replace the seal kit.
