The most important item in maintaining WARTHOG NOZZLES is keeping the tool full of viscous fluid or oil. We recommend that this is done after every 40 to 50 hours of operation. If the tool is spinning much slower than when new, this is an indication that it needs to be lubricated with WARTHOG FAST OIL.

To service the oil on the 1/2″ SUPER SPIN II – WH and 3/4″ SUPER SPIN III – WH:

  1. Unscrew the Inlet Nut  from the Body. Hold the Body by the flats near the head.
  2. Check the fluid condition and level. If the fluid appears to have water contamination or is very dirty, we recommend further disassembly of the tool to clean out the old fluid. Otherwise, drain out as much of the old fluid as possible and add new oil to cover the top bearing and wave spring.
