USJ RPD Chisel Nozzle has multiple forward firing jets that allow for maximum blockage penetration. Forty percent of the pressurized water flow is directed to the four forward jets to give the nozzle cutting and penetration power, while the other sixty percent goes to the four rear jets to provide thrust for propulsion. This two piece nozzle has specially contoured internal geometry to allow the water to enter and exit very efficiently. It is suitable for pressures ranging from 2,000 – 10,000 PSI and flows from 14 GPM to 65 GPM. The USJ Chisel nozzle is made of case hardened steel and is available for use with high pressure 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” hoses.

US Jetting offers two styles of Chisel Penetrator nozzles: the Enz Chisel and the US Jetting RPD Chisel. The Enz Chisel has inserts that allow for the nozzle body to be jetted for multiple flow & pressure requirements. It also has removable or replaceable ceramic nozzle inserts. The US Jetting RPD Chisel nozzle is a variant of the US Jetting RPD nozzle series that offers a two-piece design for easy cleaning of internal passages. It still provides excellent blockage penetration, but is a more economically priced nozzle.
