The 4018 is the only hydro jetting unit with a true run-dry plunger pump, which gives the machine exceptional longevity and reliability. This unit can work in pipes ranging from 1″ – 18″ and can be fitted with water tanks sized 100 – 750 gallons or larger if required, giving you more flexibility to meet the demands of any job. The standard unit comes equipped with 500′ of 1/2″ hose. This unit is perfect for all-purpose cleaning but also has the power to tackle grease, roots, and harder debris. Like with all US Jetting units, the 4018 can be customized to fit in various vehicles, such as enclosed trucks or trailers, vans, or open trucks. The 4018 hydro jetter performs best in 2” – 18” pipes with debris ranging from roots, grease, sludge, sand, etc. It is the most popular jetting machine because it can tackle all standard jetting jobs.

The 4018 machine can handle dirt, sludge, roots, grease, small rocks, and most build ups that occur in pipes 2” – 18”. With a mini or mini jet hose added to it, it can scale down to small residential lines, and with a larger nozzle like a dragon jet, it can scale up to 18” culverts and storm drains.

Yes, a warranty is offered with the US Jetting 4018. US Jetting will repair or replace any parts that fail due to faulty manufacturing or material within 12 months of purchase. The diesel engine has a 2 year or 2000-hour warranty. Valves, O-Rings, tires, software, filters, high-pressure hoses, and swivel joints have a three-month warranty. When using a high pressure water jetter, the machine is able to thoroughly clean 360 degrees of the pipe. With snaking and cabling, a hole is punctured through the clog allowing the drain to somewhat flow, but the buildup is likely to occur again soon. The only way to properly blast away all debris and flush it down the pipe is with a sewer jetter.

The standard hose on a USJ 4018 is a ½” x 500’ US Jetting hose. Our sewer hose is one of the highest quality hoses on the market with its durability, flexibility and kink resistance. It has a working pressure of 4000PSI and a burst pressure of 16,000 PSI.

The 4018 jetter comes equipped with a ½” hose, so it will take ½” nozzles that are designed to work in pipes 2” – 18”. Larger nozzles are available for culverts and storm drains. With a mini or micro hose added, it can scale down to clear residential lines, and with a larger nozzle such as a dragon jet, it can scale up to tackle heavy debris in culverts and storm drains.

At minimum, a fluid filter service must be done at the following intervals.
Tier 3 Units – after first 50 hours, then every 250 hours or once a year (whichever comes first)
Tier 4 Units – after first 50 hours, then every 500 hours or once a year (whichever comes first)
