Machined from high quality stainless steel, RPD nozzles have a unique two component design. The RPD series of nozzles provide optimum drain cleaning in pipe diameters from 4 inch upwards. The all-purpose nozzle is great for everyday usage to open up pipes and clear blockages. It is specifically designed for use with 1/2″ high pressure jetting hose and pressures up to 6,000 PSI. The rounded RPD nozzle easily negotiates pipe bends and elbows.
RPD EGGHEAD NOZZLE has either 4 rear and 4 forward nozzles at 18 GPM or 6 rear 4 forward nozzles at 25 GPM. With either configuration, the two piece nozzle comes with a rounded cap for maneuverability and a removable front cap for easy cleaning. It has specially contoured internal geometry to allow the water to enter and exit very efficiently. The USJ Egghead is made of case hardened steel and is available for use with high pressure 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” hoses. They are suitable for pressures ranging from 2,000 – 10,000 PSI and flows from 14 GPM to 65 GPM.

For a great price point, the Ball Jet Nozzle is perfect to use in damaged or broken pipes. The round shape of the Ball Jet Nozzle is designed specifically to be able to maneuver over joints and curves in pipes. The nozzle orifices are drilled to precise diameters to guarantee accurate pressure and flow.
USJ RPD Chisel Nozzle has multiple forward firing jets that allow for maximum blockage penetration. Forty percent of the pressurized water flow is directed to the four forward jets to give the nozzle cutting and penetration power, while the other sixty percent goes to the four rear jets to provide thrust for propulsion. This two piece nozzle has specially contoured internal geometry to allow the water to enter and exit very efficiently. It is suitable for pressures ranging from 2,000 – 10,000 PSI and flows from 14 GPM to 65 GPM. The USJ Chisel nozzle is made of case hardened steel and is available for use with high pressure 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” hoses.
USJ Penetrator is a great nozzle to use in pipes with hard blockages such as packed debris or ice. The Penetrator is available with 1/2” male or female thread and is suitable for a 4018 only, but adapters are available for different size hoses. The effectiveness is due to the close position between the forward jet and six rear jets. The forward jet only has to bore a small opening in a blockage to allow the full cleaning force of the rear jets to clear the remainder of blockage. Once a fully bored hole is created, a larger diameter nozzle can be used to more thoroughly clean the pipe.
The ENZ CHISEL NOZZLE is a great all-purpose nozzle that can tackle general debris such as grease or light roots. Various sizes are available to work in a range of pipe sizes. The Enz Chisel Nozzles have multiple forward firing jets that penetrate blockages while the rear jets provide thrust to push the nozzle up the pipe.
The EGGHEAD PENETRATOR NOZZLE is a great all-purpose nozzle to tackle general debris such as grease or light roots. Various configurations are available depending on what level of penetration is needed.
The ENZ GRENADE BOMB is a great nozzle to use in pipes with a large volume of debris. The heavy weight of the nozzle keeps it at the bottom of the pipe where it can easily disperse mud, sludge, or any other blockages. Grenade Bombs can be ordered in various configurations to handle pressures up to 8,000 PSI. This nozzle is great for long distances because the rear jets give it thrust to get up the pipeline.
The KBR NOZZLE is a descaling nozzle designed to work in pipes up to 6”. It is a great nozzle to use when working in heavy grease or root blockages. It is equiped with 4 rotary jets and 3 rear jets, or 4 rotary jets alone. If the 3 rear 4 rotary jet nozzle is selected, the rear jets can be plugged if more focus is needed on the rotary jets. If this is the case, the nozzle will have less thrust, but will be able to focus more on rotary performance and pipe wall cleaning.
Skids play a critical role in maintaining the nozzle position within a pipe. In larger pipe diameters, skids help to elevate and position the nozzle closer to the center of the pipe for more even pipe wall cleaning. Skids featured here are all for 1/2″ hoses and Drain Jet Extensions are required. For more options, please contact the US Jetting Parts Department for information on other available lengths and diameter skids.

The most important item in maintaining WARTHOG NOZZLES is keeping the tool full of viscous fluid or oil. We recommend that this is done after every 40 to 50 hours of operation. If the tool is spinning much slower than when new, this is an indication that it needs to be lubricated with WARTHOG FAST OIL.
