Some of Our Most Popular Hydro Jetter Products

4018 Hydro Jetting Machine

The 4018 [4000 PSI 18 GPM] unit is US Jetting’s most popular jetting machine. As the industry leader, it has set the standard in the jetting industry for over thirty years. The 4018 is the only unit with a genuine run-dry plunger pump. This unit can work in pipes ranging from 1″ – 24″ and can be fitted with tanks sized 100 – 750 gallons or larger if required. The standard unit comes equipped with 500′ of 1/2″ hose. This unit is perfect for all-purpose cleaning and has the power to tackle grease, roots, residential and industrial lines.

Reaper Rotating Jet Nozzle

The Reaper’s rotating front jet is a 0-degree, straight water stream that blasts at up to 4000 PSI while turning at an optimal speed to form a 24 or 30-degree cone of coverage. Optimized stream quality results in greater impingement, allowing you to use one tool for various applications (cutting, cleaning, removal, etc.). Reaper’s four rear jets create a 20-degree angle for maximum thrusting and pulling power.
Constructed with stainless steel housing and tungsten carbide wear surfaces.
Repair kits are available for extended life and lower operating costs.

US Jetting Van Pack

The fully redesigned van pack reaches a new level of compactness without compromising power. The same industry favorite 4000PSI at 18GPM model is outfitted with a 150 gallon water tank and pivoting power pull out hose reel with a full 500’ of ½” high pressure hose. In addition to the main hose reel, the condensed jetting package also includes a mini reel and an electric inlet garden hose reel. This compact jetting unit has all the same bells and whistles as a trailer jetter including the run-dry pump and diesel engine but can fit in most standard high roof vans including Transit, Sprinter, and ProMaster. The van pack is also available with pressures of 3,000 – 4,000 PSI and flows of 8 – 18 GPM.

I typically don’t do reviews, but I am so impressed by US Jetting, I had to. I truly could not be happier with my 4018 hydro jetter. It is hands down the best jetter out there. The only thing better than a US Jetting jetter is their customer service! In a world where customer service no longer exist…Nick and Sally could not be more attentive to my needs and concerns! Sally always answers the phone when I call and quick to answer my questions or get me to someone in their amazing staff, like Andy or Mark that can. I truly love these guys.

Sally at US Jet goes above an beyond when it comes to customer service an has incredible knowledge in the industry. I’d been looking for a (Jetter) for a while, reached out to one of their biggest competitors an felt like I was ignored, that surely wasn’t the case with (Sally at US Jet). She also saved me a lot with not selling me what I didn’t need unlike the competition tried to do. Highly Recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions

A high pressure jetting unit (also called hydro-jetting machine) is a machine that uses pressurized water to clean surfaces and drains. The most common users for jetting equipment are plumbers, contractors, and municipalities.

For parts and accessories, unless there is a back ordered part, your order should generally ship within 1 business day.

Yes, please call in to the US Jetting office at 770-740-9917 and speak to a representative to change your order.

When choosing your jetting unit, it is most important to consider the application you’re cleaning and the pipe sizes you’ll be working in. Visit the general jetting units page on our website to help determine what jetter would best fit your needs. For a hydro jetting price list, please call our office and speak to your representative.

You can have your jetting equipment shipped via UPS Ground, 2 Day, 3 Day, Next Day Air, or Freight, depending on the size of the part.

The most important factor is the combination of the two. The application and pipe size you’re working with will determine the pressure and flow required to do the job.

That varies per jetter. The most popular hydro jetter is the 4000 PSI at 18 GPM unit.

Depending on which type of high pressure water jetter you purchase, the water usage will vary. Higher flow units use more water, but those units are commonly sold with larger water tanks to keep you jetting for longer.

The hydro-jetting pros and consshould be evaluated based on your pipe size and application required.

The most common pressure for jetting drains is 4000PSI. However, some flushing units can have lower pressure of 2000PSI because they are combined with a high GPM to flush out debris. Speak to your US Jetting representative to determine what pressure is best for your application.
