Our service team is expanding each year as we develop our service network; as part of it, I am pleased to announce the recent addition of Jason Thompson. Based in Fort Worth, TX, Jason provides service to Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Louisiana. Jason brings to the company over 15 years experience servicing Plunger and Radial Piston Diaphragm pumps. Jason also has a vast working knowledge of nozzles, hoses, and accessory selection. Another point of interest is our west coast expansion, which will offer Southern California customers local service in the next few months. We are excited by the new level of service we are about to offer our west coast customers.

US Jetting Service Technicians provide direct factory on-site service & repairs throughout the Northeast, Southeast and Southwest regions of the country. Soon to open West coast service facility will also be the base of operations for 2 more planned mobile service technicians. Well stocked service vans provide ample supply of parts, hose, nozzles & accessories to meet customer needs. Service Technicians can perform major repairs as well as routine fluid & filter changes.

Andrew Schellack, Southeast Service Manager, Andrew first serviced our customers at the home office before deciding to meet them face-to-face for their servicing needs. Andrew covers the Southeastern states along with John Gentry.
