US Jetting 4018 - 4,000 PSI @ 18 GPM Pump
Long experienced with the development and use of high pressure jetting units, US Jetting has developed a series
of plunger style pumps capable of generating pressures to 4,000 PSI with the ability of running dry of water
without sustaining pump damage. Unlike the radial piston diaphragm pumps (RPD Pump series), US Jetting series
of Run Dry pumps now offer greater water flow output with lower maintenance costs and fewer moving parts for
easier maintenance. US Jetting continues to lead the trend to produce High Pressure - Low Flow pumps for all
types of applications within the high pressure jetting market. As always, all US Jetting high pressure pumps
are coupled to efficient air cooled diesel engines with horsepower and torque output selected for individual
pump requirements; reliable engine power to match US Jetting pump reliability. Electric powered US Jetting
Pumps are available for specialized industrial and manufacturing applications.
The US Jetting 4018 pump provides water at 4,000 PSI at 18 gallons per minute. A US Jetting proprietary design
stainless steel fluid head is the key component to the reliability and durability of the pump. This pressure
and flow amount produced is close to the maximum pressure - flow capacity of half-inch high pressure lightweight
jetting hose. This pump - pressure - water flow - hose capacity relationship virtually defines the maximum
efficiency for a high pressure sewer jetting unit for use in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal markets.

US Jetting 4018 high pressure jetting units
Pictured above is the US Jetting 4018 pump powered by a Hatz 3-Cylinder Silent Pack diesel engine mounted on a single
axle trailer with a 300 gallon water tank (300 Gallon Platform Series). This is US Jetting's most popular selling unit.
US Jetting 4018 high pressure jetting units equipped with half-inch high pressure jetting hose are the most
popular choice with sewer and drain cleaning contractors. Half-inch high pressure hose easily negotiates
4" pipes with bends commonly found in residences and commercial buildings. With water output flow of 18
GPM (near maximum pressure / flow capacity for half inch hose), these units can effectively clean pipes
up to 12" diameters. US Jetting can produce these units in multiple versions to suit customer requirements.
US Jetting 4018 units mounted upon a single axle trailer with a 300 gallon water storage tank is the most
popular unit manufacture by US Jetting. These standard production units can be found in operation with
the 5 largest national sewer & drain cleaning franchise in the US. US Jetting units can also be manufactured
in a 600 gallon tandem trailer, skid units with or without a water tank, open truck units, enclosed truck
units and enclosed trailers.

US Jetting 4025 - 4,000 PSI @ 25 GPM Pump
Close-up pictures of the US Jetting 4025 Pump. Stainless steel fluid end separates with 8 hex bolts for easy servicing
when needed. Pump mounting allows for easy service checks and maintenance.
For users or applications that require additional water flow at 4,000 PSI, US Jetting manufactures the USJ 4025 pump.
The US Jetting 4025 pump provides water at 4,000 PSI at 25 gallons per minute. This pressure and greater water flow
amount produced by this US Jetting pump is close to the maximum pressure - flow capacity of 5/8-inch high pressure
hose. Again, this pump - pressure - water flow - hose capacity relationship is maximized to the high pressure
jetting hose capacity limit. Unique proprietary design stainless steel fluid head is the key component to the
reliability and durability to this higher water flow output pump.
US Jetting 4025 high pressure jetting units equipped with 5/8-inch high pressure jetting hose are the most popular
choice with municipalities and contractors working with larger diameter pipes. With the extra pressurized water flow,
these units are effective in cleaning both sanitary and storm lines from 6 to 24" diameters. Using weighted nozzles,
US Jetting 4025 units clean easily clean storm sewers & outfalls with heavy dirt and debris deposits. US Jetting 4025
can be mounted on 300 and 600 gallon trailers for easy mobility. US Jetting 4025 units can also be custom mounted on
truck chassis with 300 or 600 gallon water storage tanks while still maintaining a gross vehicle weight under 26,000
GVW (no CDL license required). With water consumption of 25 gallons per minute, US Jetting 4025 units can have
working times up to 24 minutes between tank refills with a 600 gallon water tank. An optional dual hydraulic hose
reel with 500 feet of half-inch hose (4,000 PSI at 18 GPM) can be factory installed for use in smaller diameter
pipes (at a reduced maximum water flow of 18 GPM).
