US Jetting High Pressure Hose Reel Swivel

High pressure hose reel swivels are a critical component of any high pressure jetting hose reel. Swivels allow for hose reel rotation while maintaining high pressure water within the system. High pressure hose reel swivels are considered to be wear items that may require replacement depending upon the amount of use.

High pressure hose reel swivels start to drip or leak water as an indication of failure. Once a swivel begins to leak, a replacement swivel should be installed.

US Jetting offers two types of high pressure swivels. The standard swivel is rated at 4,000 PSI that is standard equipment on most US Jetting high pressure jetting units. An optional 10,000 PSI rated high pressure swivel is designed for use on higher pressure units but has proven to provide longer service life when used on 4,000 PSI jetting units.

Hose Reel Swivel

Both swivels have 1/2" NPT threads with male threads used for connection to the hose reel and female threads for connection to the high pressure water supply hose. Replacement swivels can be installed with two wrenches and teflon tape.
