US Jetting Power Pull-Out Reel

 A factory installed option, the US Jetting hydraulic Power Pull-Out Reel allows for the extension of the hose reel with the attached control panel for operator convenience. A single lever hydraulic valve controls the extension and retraction of the hose reel assembly.

The Power Pull-Out Reel consists of a modular steel tray that is integrated into the frame of the unit at the time of manufacture. A single double action hydraulic cylinder is used to extend & retract the tray. All high pressure water lines, hydraulic oil lines, return water lines, engine throttle cable and electical wires are fabricated to expand and contract with the tray during movement.

Hydraulic Power Pull-Out Reels are standard equipment on all US Jetting enclosed truck and trailer high pressure jetting units.

Included with the Power Pull-Out Reel is a 7 positon (lockable) hose reel swivel mount for increased versatility.

 Hydraulic Power Pull-Out Reel allows for precise positioning of the hose reel over a manhole during sewer cleaning without repositioning or moving the entire jetting unit. The angle of the high pressure jetting unit can be easily adjusted to reduce hose friction or to increase operator visibilty of manhole bottom. The hose reel can also be easiy moved out of the way for placement of tripods for manhole entry without moving the high pressure jetting unit .
