SuperSpin Nozzles

The US Jetting family of SuperSpin nozzles are the most effective tools for sewer and drain cleaning applications when operating at 4,000 PSI. Patented controlled rotation of the nozzle head allows for maximum non-streak cleaning of pipe wall surfaces. Oil filled internal chamber slows the nozzle head from high speed rotation and lubricates the internal bearings (not water) for longer nozzle life. The front nozzle is offset, allowing for orbital cleaning and blockage penetration.

SuperSpin nozzles are available for use with ½", ¾" and 1" diameter high pressure jetting hose. SuperSpin nozzles can be used for pressures up to 8,000 PSI or flows to 80 GPM (depending upon model). The forward orbital jet can be removed and plugged for more effective all rear jetting applications.

SuperSpin nozzles can be mounted skid assemblies to maintain the nozzle close to the center of the pipe. SuperSpin nozzles weigh (depending on the model) between 4.7 (½" model) to 10 pounds (1" model) and normally travel along the invert of the pipe. By skid mounting the SuperSpin nozzle, nozzle jets closely maintain equidistance to the pipe circumference, especially the crown of the pipe.

Dual rear nozzles on ½ SuperSpin (4 rear nozzles on 3/4" & 1" models) provide propulsion for nozzle while scouring the pipe wall surface. Rotation of nozzle jets allow for all pipe surfaces and dangling roots to come in contact with the high pressure water streams. Rotating jets also eliminate rifling patterns or striations typically left by fixed nozzles.
