Hot Water Unit JettersUS Jetting 4018-600 Gallon Hot Water Truck UnitThis truck mounted unit has a standard US Jetting 4018 (4,000 PSI @ 18 GPM) Run-Dry Pump coupled with twin high output diesel fired water heaters. The unit has three 100' lengths of heat resistant, high temperature abrasion coated hose attached to the hydraulic hose reel, a wye splitter and two additional 50' lengths of hose with two high pressure washdown guns. This unit was designed to complete large concrete surface cleaning on a nightly basis at an international airport. Hot water quickly dissolves chewing gum, oil stains and food stains without chemicals or detergents.
Twin burners operate independently of each other. Each burner has separate safety shutdown features that monitor no flame conditions and no water flow conditions. Jetting unit and both burners draw diesel fuel from a single tank. A 6,000 watt power inverter provides AC power to operate burners. 
Truck features a single thermostat to control water temperature. Safety thermostat limits water temperature to 190° Fahrenheit. Open truck design allows easily maintenance access and servicing of all components. 
With the changeover to lightweight jetting hose, this unit can perform standard sewer cleaning tasks using cold water only. Hot water jetting of sewer & drains is not recommended. 
Original hot water unit delivered to Georgia Airport maintenance department. Above unit was the second unit purchased.
