Enclosed Trailers
US Jetting can custom mount a high pressure jetting unit within an enclosed trailer to meet any specific use
application. Placement of a US Jetting high pressure jetting unit within an enclosed trailer provides protection
from inclement weather conditions, equipment protection, surface area for high impact advertising graphics and
in some cases additional area for equipment storage. Enclosed Trailer Units are specially ordered from trailer
manufacturers for specific installations with required braking systems, aluminum diamond plate floors and
requested exterior colors.
US Jetting – 4018 – 300 Gallon Enclosed V-Front Trailer
Enclosed within this 14’ insulated trailer is a US Jetting 4018 -300 Gallon unit with a standard 36”
Hydraulic Power Pull-Out Hose Reel and optional Gen II Wireless Remote Control System.
Enclosed Traillers Provide safe & secure equipment storage.
With the Hydraulic Power Pull-Out fully extended, the hose reel can be swivels to 7 positions for
operator convenience.
Curbside door provides access to US Jetting PumpSet, storage area and V-Front bulkhead shelves for
additional equipment storage. Outside accessible, lockable tool storage boxes provide additional secure storage.
This US Jetting unit is conatined in an insulated enclosed trailer with an electric heater with a self-contained
fan. In addition, this unit includes a selfcontained antifreeze system. Twin front swing doors provide access to front storage area.

US Jetting 4018-300 Gallon Low-Profile Enclosed Jetting Unit
Low profile enclosed & insulated trailer has an overall height of 74 inches.
All controls are mounted to the right of the hydraulic hose reel for operator convenience. Unit shown includes optional Gen II Wireless Remote Control
System. Hydraulic Power Pull-Out / 7 position swivel hose reel extends for easy operator access.
US Jetting can custom design & manufacture various styles of enclosed high pressure jetting units. Units can be ordered with US Jetting 4018,
4025 or RPD pumps. Water storage configurations can include 300 or 600 gallon capacity.
US Jetting 4018 Enclosed Trailer
This enclosed, heated and insulated trailer contains a US Jetting 4018 - 300 Gallon High Pressure Jetting unit and a 10 kilowatt diesel generator,
both are Kubota diesels. Future plans for installation of a Cues portable CCTV pipeline system will complete this unit - destined for Alaska.

US Jetting 4018 - 300 Gallon Unit
Enclosed tandem axle trailer is host to US Jetting 4018 (4,000 PSI @ 18 GPM) unit. Trailer enclosure provides
protection for high pressure jetting unit & secure storage for ancillary equipment. Insulation package with
electric baseboard heat is also available.
Enclosed trailers have a Hydraulic Power Pull-Out Reel as standard equipment. The Power Pull-Out Reel allows the
hose reel to be retracted for transport and extended for use jetting use. Enclosed trailers can be equipped with a
300 or 600 gallon water storage tank depending upon the enclosed host trailer selected. A curbside door allows
maintenance access to the jetting unit an to available storage area.
Enclosed Trailers with Full Insulation Package
Enclosed trailers can be ordered with a full insulation package and with electric baseboard heat (for plug-in use
at night). US Jetting equipment comes standard with a self-contained anti-freeze system for cold weather equipment protection.

Enclosed trainer units provide excellent surface area for high impact advertising graphics. Inside of unit,
contractors can arrange extra equipment as needed.
