US Jetting can custom mount high pressure jetting units within enclosed truck bodies to meet the needs of contractors or municipalities. Enclosed truck bodies provide security protection for high pressure jetting units, protection from the weather and in some cases provide a large surface area for high impact advertising graphics. Enclosed truck units are especially popular for use in cold weather climates. Insulated truck bodies equipped with heaters keep units working in the coldest environments. Hot water from the truck's engine provides heat for air circulation within the body during transport. A self-contained anti-freeze system provides equipment protection when unit is parked outside overnight in freezing weather. Typical enclosed truck units contain either 300 or 600 gallon water storage tanks, depending upon customer's needs and the limits of the selected truck chassis. Dual hose reels mounted on a single hydraulic power pull-out tray. Large hose reel contains 500' of 1/2" diameter high pressure jetting hose. Unit is equipped with Gen II Wireless Remote Control System, truck body heating system, self-contained anti-freeze, 12 volt - 110 volt power inverter and curbside entry door to front storage area. US Jetting sales, engineering and production staff work closely with customers to design and build all enclosed truck mounted units. Unit application and functionality are the primary design considerations for the construction of a high pressure jetting unit that will provide years of productive service.
