Dual Output Units
US Jetting 10,000 psi @18 gpm unit with twin hydraulic reels offer total versatility to the drain cleaning or blasting contractor. With two reels and two hoses it
allows the operator to water blast at 10,000 psi and then do regular drain cleaning at 4000 to 6000 psi with light weight high pressure jetting hose. Designed
specifically for a contractor that does a wide range of cleaning applications. Hydraulic reels keep hoses from getting damaged and lessen the need for numerous
quick disconnects as opposed to 50ft sections of heavy wire braided water blast hose. The 10K reel can hold up to 300 ft 1/2" reinforced waterblast hose and an
additional 150 ft of 3/8 blast hose. The second reel holds 500 ft of lightweight thermo plastic sewer jetting hose. A separate rupture disc on this reel prevents
over pressurization. This units carries 300 gallons of water storage.
US Jetting Dual Output Units offer customers two high pressure jetting units in a single compact unit. Operators have the choice
of two preset jetting configurations on separate hydraulic hose reels of high pressure with low water flow or low pressure with
higher water flow. Selection of the desired system is simply achieved by turning two valves.
Units come in two standard versions powered by a Deutz Turbocharged diesel mounted on a tandem axle trailer with 600 gallons of
water storage. Dual Output Units can be mounted on open or enclosed trailers.
- Model 6018/3036 – 600 Gallon Trailer: 6,000 PSI at 18 GPM, 500 feet of 1/2" lightweight hose and 3,000 PSI at 36 GPM 500 Feet of 3/4" lightweight hose.
- Model 6025/3036 – 600 Gallon Trailer: 6,000 PSI at 25 GPM, 500 feet of 5/8" lightweight hose and 3,000 PSI at 36 GPM, 500 Feet of 3/4" lightweight hose.
For cutting roots, removing pipe scale or mineral buildup, nothing is more effective than water at 6,000 PSI. For removal of sand
& silt, high water flow is the most efficient method to flush clean a pipe. Operators now can make the pressure / flow decision at
the jobsite to complete the job.
US Jetting 6018 -3036
This unit offers the user two different pressure / flow options from a single pumpset.
Using a 1/2" ID diameter hose (black) the use can operate at 6,000 PSI with flows up to 18 GPM. This pressure & flow combinationis great for sewer & drain cleaning purposes or gun (surface cleaning) work. Changeover is quick by simply changing the high pressure water connections at the hose reel.
The second hose reel contains 3/4" high pressure jetting (blue) hose for use in flushing large diameter pipes.
Powered by a Deutz 120 HP Turbocharged diesel engine, this US Jetting unit can perform a wide range of jetting tasks.
This US Jetting 6018-3036 has twin (300 gallon each) rotationally molded water tanks with all components mounted upon a tandem axle trailer.
