US Jetting Dual Hose Reels

The optional dual hose reel system availble on US Jetting units provides for increased applications. Dual hose reels allow for (in most cases) two different sizes of high pressure jetting hose to be mounted on a high pressure jetting unit.

Commonly ordered with the US Jetting 4025 PumpSets (4,000 PSI @25 GPM) one reel will contain the required 5/8"  (inside diamter) high pressure jetting hose for proper flow at pressure. The second hose reel will contain 1/2"  (inside diameter) high pressure jetting hose for use at 18 GPM maximum. Five-eighth inch hose allows for the delivery of higher flow of pressurised water for use in 6 inch or larger lines. Half-inch diameter high pressure jetting hose is more flexible and practical for use in 4" & 6" diameter pipelines. With the Dual Hose Reel option, operators can easily select the hose diameter best suit for each application.  In certain applications, hose sections can be coupled for increased jetting distances.

Another application for Dual Hose Reels is on the US Jetting 6018 - 3036 units. This unique US Jetting unit can operate at 6,000 PSI at 18 GPM or 3,000 PSI at 36 GPM. Each of the dual hose reels is used for a different hose  pressure, 1/2" hose for operating at 6,000 PSI at 18 GPM or 3/4" hose for operating at 3,000 PSI at 36 GPM.

 



Dual Hose Reels are availble on open and enclosed trucks or open and enclosed trailers subject to weight considerations. Dual Hose Reel options can also be ordered with one or both hose reels with the addition of the hydraulic Power Pull-Out hose reel option.
