Curbside Unit JettersAn innovative solution for combining a high pressure jetting unit with a utility service van. US Jetting engineering staff working with two major truck body manufacturers can produce an all purpose vehicle for sewer & drain cleaning contractors. Depending upon the truck chassis, any of the US Jetting High Pressure Sewer Jetting Units can be custom installed in a truck body while preserving interior body space for cable machines, parts and tool storage. A curbside roll-up door provides access to the hydraulic or electric powered hose reel while maintaining obstacle free rear door access to the truck body interior. An optional Hydraulic Powered Pull-Out reel mounted on a 7 position swivel bearing can be ordered. These units can also be ordered with an interior service body heater for operation in cold weather areas. Custom space saving water storage tanks fitted within the interior shelving system allows for a center walk through aisle.
US Jetting 5014 - 200 Gallon Unit
US Jetting 4018 - 300 Gallon Curbside Unit mounted within a Rockport insulated body. Twin roll-up side doors provide access to the extendable hydraulic power Pull-Out Reel and the engine pumpset.
Power Pull-Out Hose Reel when in the extended position can be swiveled to seven different positions. Rockport body has roof mounted ladder racks with access steps incorporated into the rear body panel. Unit also has a pull-out aluminum loading ramp that conviently stores under the truck body. 
Internal twin horizontal water storage tanks provide for 300 gallons of storage. Contractor plans to install shelving system on both sides of body for tool & parts storage. Unit has 12 VDC - 110 VAC power inverter and hot water heater with fans mounted on front bulkhead shelf. 
Engine and pump components are accessible from the driver's side roll-up door. Routine fluid checks and anti-freeze system can be operated from this position.

water storage. Unit has a hydraulic Power Pull-Out Reel for operator convenience that extends through a
roll-up curbside door. Twin set of storage shelves with removable plastic bins provide ample parts & tool
storage. Service body is insulated & heated for cold weather work environments. Both units include Gen II wireless
Remote Control Systems. Hydraulic hose reel contains 500 feet of high pressure jetting hose & is mounted on a 7
position swivel bearing.

All units include a wired remote foot control valve with 250' cable on a spool. Initial order of 5 units in 2004, currently the entire company operates 8 units. Inside shelves with plastic bins provide ample parts and tool storage space with open aisle space. Hackney Service Body includes pull-out aluminum loading ramp stored under the aisle floor.
