300 Gallon Platform Series Pressure Jetting UnitsThe most popular series of US Jetting units is the 300 Gallon Platform series. This original design has been in production since 1991 has just undergone a complete upgrade for 2011. New for 2011 is the change to powder coated aluminum components. The control panel, diesel fuel tank, anti-freeze storage tank, hydraulic oil tank, toolboxes and fenders are now constructed of aluminum the powder coated for maximum durability. Trailer frames have been increased from 2" by 3" steel to 2" by 4" steel for increased life. Customers can select from a range of US Jetting PumpSets (engine & high pressure jetting pump) to be mounted on this model trailer chassis. 300 Gallon Platform trailers are designed and fabricated to support the US Jetting PumpSet, not just a pre-fabricated trailer chassis.
300 Gallon Platform Series are in use with all five of the largest sewer and drain cleaning franchises in the US, as well as many independent companies, municipalities and other government organizations. 300 Gallon Platform Series can also be found in many countries throughout the work. A single axle trailer with a 300 gallon water tank provides a perfect transport mounting for a wide range of US Jetting PumpSets. These versatile units have a single 7,000 Torque Flex axle with 8 lug 16" wheels for ease of towing. Layout of the US Jetting Pump Set allows for easy maintenance and service of all unit components. Two lockable tool (and accessory) storage boxes provide security, weather protection and easy operator access. Rear hydraulic hose reel is mounted on a seven position swivel bearing for increased functionality. An electronic safety strobe light provides safety illumination and a plug-in hand held spotlight are provided as standard equipment. Rear aluminum diamond plate storage area with railing provides open storage space for traffic cones, hoses or other related supplies. A 2" water fill system with air gap allows for quick hydrant filling or with a typical garden hose. 300 Gallon Platform Series are manifested with a 2-5/16" ball hitch with an optional available pintel hitch. Electric brakes with a battery powered breakaway activation system or a hydraulic surge brake system with breakaway activator is standard. 300 Gallon Platform Series are manufactured with either a Anti-Freeze System for winterizing the unit or a high capacity diesel fuel tank. A hand crank jack stand with a dolly wheel provides fast attachment to the tow vehicle or for easy maneuvering throughout buildings.

300 Gallon Platform Series can be easily towed by typical service vans or pickup trucks. Low unit profile allows for rearview mirror visibility when towing for greater visibility and road safety. 
Numerous factory installed options allow customers to custom design units to suit their specific needs. Popular options include Gen II Wireless Remote Control Systems and Hydraulic Power Pull-Out Hose Reel for added operator convenience.
